Well I've finally gotten an Instagram account. If you want to look at it, I left a link on my deviantID page. I might be posting more stuff there than here. I will post here from time to time, but if you want to follow me on Instagram, you can check it out. 

Now that I'm in college,I have decided to start supporting myself by getting an online shop with prints and such. I've been looking around and in a later journal I will reveal which shop(s) I will be in. I'm also working on the prints right now and will post those here (and maybe somewhere else...more on that later). Anyway will update later.











 

For this week I will be doing an art challenge where I will be drawing some You-tubers that I like. All of them will be portraits. This is mainly to work on my anatomy skills and shading. I'll be doing more art and writing challenges in the future.

        Edit: I plan on practicing my digital art skills and upload some here until I get a camera/Ipod touch for my bigger traditional art. I'm currently using MediBang Paint Pro for digital work. It's for free and I like it a bit better than Sketchbook Pro. It also allows me to make comics too! As long as I can upload its files on to DA, I should be fine.
Okay so today I tried scanning artwork from my new sketchbook. The problem is that my scanner size is 8.5in x 11in and my sketchbook is 9in x 12in which is bad because after I scanned 4 images, the drawings were cut off to some degree. I've been thinking about getting a camera or an Ipod touch (as I've wanted to update my MP3 music player and the camera looks good). So far I've been looking at prices both from Amazon and Best Buy, but I'm still unsure about it. It sucks that I can't upload these pictures in a good quality and it might take a while before I find a great camera/ get an Ipod touch. I have seen some negatives of the Ipod touch and I'm not sure if it's worth it. Until then, I'll probably be posting things that aren't from my new sketchbook. 

I came back home from the hospital yesterday afternoon and now my gallbladder is gone. I'm taking some much needed rest as I'm still in a bit of pain. I might try to post things, but for now I'll be taking my time until my health is a bit better.
